1970年東京生まれ。大学卒業後、住宅メーカー、外資系生保の営業を経て、1997年に株式会社インテリジェンスに入社。人材紹介事業部の立ち上げ、ゼネラルマネージャーを経て、2002年に株式会社パソナに転職（のちに、株式会社パソナキャレントに転籍）。EQを活用した営業職の採用コンサルテーションなどを導入し、業績拡大に貢献。2005年に人材ベンチャー企業の株式会社ビー・スタイルに転職し、日本初の女性専門紹介事業の事業責任者、2006年には人材紹介会社向けコンサルティング企業である株式会社grooves取締役CMOに就任。企業の採用にかかわるコンサルティングなどを担当し、企業側から見た必要な人材について精通。2008年1月　スイッチLLCを設立。

Hiroaki Tanaka was born in Tokyo in 1970. After the graduating from university, he worked housing manufactures, foreign life insurace business and in 1997, Hiroaki joined "The Intelligence Corporation". he launced recruitment division, and General Manager through in 2002, the outplacement "Pasona inc." (later, a change "Pasona Career Inc." ). Hiroaki contributed the expanded performance that was consulting EQ (Emotional Quotient) - based business and job offer to deploy. In 2005, changed job to venture company, "Bee Style". He became the maneger that is women's professional placement business, and in 2006, became the CMO, "grooves, inc." which is human resources consulting company. January 2008, establish "Switch LLC".
